Hello everyone,

I’d love to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Monique van Steenis. I'm originally from the Netherlands, and I’ve recently taken a bold and exciting step—I’ve relocated to Spain! For the past month, I’ve been living and working here, and I can honestly say I’m growing my business with more passion and purpose than I’ve ever felt in my entire career.

For years, I’ve worked as an Executive Assistant across a wide variety of industries and organizations. It’s been a truly rewarding journey—filled with inspiring people, beautiful challenges, and incredible experiences. But now, it’s time for something new. Something even more meaningful.

I’ve started a new chapter: supporting fellow Executive Assistants not only by taking tasks off their plates, but also by guiding them as a coach. My goal is to help EAs find balance, clarity, and confidence in their roles—while making their daily work just a bit lighter and more efficient.

This new adventure is where I get to pour all my knowledge, experience, and heart into something that truly matters. And I couldn’t be more excited about it.
